Join Marks & Spencer's team at Grafton Street this Christmas as a Sales Advisor - Christmas - Operations. This fixed-term seasonal contract ends on 26 December 2026, with possible extensions based on business needs. Shifts may be scheduled from Monday to Sunday, including core daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
As an Operations Customer Assistant, you'll keep everything flowing behind the scenes, from handling deliveries and stock to ensuring the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for customers. Your tasks will include:
- Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely, keeping shelves full, clean, and customer-ready
- Using digital tools to track stock and support availability
- Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
- Supporting your team during busy periods
- Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
