HVAC Service Technician

Tristate Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and continuously improving your technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Provide clear explanations and educate customers about their HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems
• Achieve a best-in-class first-time fix rate
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical skills and knowledge
• Respond to service requests within Tristate's defined time frame
• Complete annual maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed
• Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments
