Distributor Partner Manager

The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is a key role ensuring alignment and focus to drive execution across Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Distribution Network. The DPM brings value through year-round business planning, driving in-market execution, and ensuring implementation of Key Accounts Programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual Business Planning process with Distributor Partners to ensure alignment with RBNA priorities
• Manage annual volume plans and allocate independent trade funds and Point of Sale (POS) resources
• Conduct regular planning reviews to deliver against quantitative targets and KPIs
• Analyze market and distributor performance data to generate insights that support tactics in-market
• Develop the DP network through implementation of RBNA’s distributor selling model
• Manage all Point of Sale (POS) orders to ensure timely delivery of assets in-store
• Maintain volume, pricing, and promotional information in the Customer Profitability Management (CPM) system
• Utilize tactical budgets to maximize ROI
• Identify gaps in service across delivery, selling, and merchandising for RBNA's 3rd Party DSD network
• Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account programs
• Communicate regularly with Key Account Managers to ensure execution of KA priorities
• Bring RBNA’s marketing mix to life by engaging the DP sales force and leveraging available assets
• Ensure the DP fully understands and executes against Red Bull in-store brand standards and merchandising guidelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Experience in a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment preferred
• Ability to teach, develop, and coach others to sell effectively in the Off-Premise channel
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage
