We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Cologne. As a Beauty Expert, you will play a key role in driving our KPIs and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively increase our KPIs and exceed expectations
- Convert customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve success
- Provide excellent customer service and embody our brand style
Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
- Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and a willingness to represent our brand
- Ideally, experience as a make-up artist
- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
- German language proficiency at B2 level
