Description
We are seeking an experienced semiconductor professional to lead complex, customer-facing programs as a Silicon IP Program Manager at Synopsys.
You will lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support, owning schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs). You will coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support, manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution. Your goal will be to enable successful customer product launches, drive on-time delivery of complex IP programs, strengthen customer trust and satisfaction, and support growth and adoption of Synopsys IP solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience, technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies, and experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Requirements
