Artist & Label Partnerships Contractor

Spotify is seeking a short-term contractor for the Artist & Label Partnerships team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for record labels, distributors, and artists, ensuring they are familiar with Spotify's standard methodologies, resources, and tools.

The role involves maintaining positive partnerships across the artist and label communities in Vietnam, supporting key partners on Spotify tools and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote artists and labels.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive partnerships across artist and label communities within Vietnam.
• Support key partners in Vietnam on Spotify tools, resources, and insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support artists and labels on priority releases in Vietnam.
• Collaborate with the regional Music team to ensure content strategies are localized and successfully executed.
• Ensure Spotify has the best possible content offering in Vietnam to further its appeal to existing and new users.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of working experience in the music/entertainment industry.
• Extremely well-organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan, deliver on tight deadlines, and pay outstanding attention to detail.
• Deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in Vietnam.
• Strong background in music and technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This is a fixed-term, 6-month contractor role.
