Senior Associate, Account Management

We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Account Management team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As part of this role, you will proactively grow new and existing client relationships by building and implementing solutions to their supply chain challenges.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and launch new solutions for large and complex global freight forwarding clients
• Accelerate growth across various services including Air, Ocean, Domestic and Cross-border Logistics, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management
• Collaborate with global teams to identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute client strategies
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at major brands
• Stay updated on industry developments and educate clients accordingly

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering innovation and results
• Experience working in global team settings
