Distribution Partner Manager

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to join our commercial team in Salvador, Brazil.

As a Distribution Partner Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between Red Bull and AMBEV, as well as key clients in the Downtrade channel. Your main objective will be to ensure that proposed targets are met and to implement the strategy defined by Red Bull through training, sharing best practices, and promoting the Red Bull values.

Responsibilities:

• Disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle
• Serve as the main point of contact between Red Bull and AMBEV, ensuring stakeholder engagement with defined strategies
• Support hybrid DPMs, providing visibility on key opportunities, constructing and executing action plans to continuously develop areas/operations
• Lead by example in the field and back-office
• Analyze weekly/monthly results, identify problems, and propose action plans
• Train and lead by example, participating in morning/weekly/monthly meetings with Ambev operations and regional meetings
• Monitor sales KPIs using national and regional reports, and construct your own controls when necessary
• Manage regional investments, ensuring they are applied to channels, PDVs, and focus strategies
• Train and support the Ambev team, disseminating Red Bull execution concepts, providing feedback, and leading by example
• Implement materials in strategic channels and PDVs defined by the company
• Ensure achievement of performance KPIs
• Balance field and office routines, ensuring presence with Regional Ambev and main operations, and participating in internal Red Bull agendas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Previous experience in sales and/or trade marketing, preferably in consumer goods companies working with distributors
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze strategic data
• Knowledge of BI tools and familiarity with navigation and analysis
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
