Senior AIC Engineer

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior AI Computer Engineer to join its NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists (NVIS) team. The successful candidate will work on large-scale AI Factory projects, interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyse, define, and implement solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Act as a domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers required to support customers.
• Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux Operating System, data center network products and protocols, and data center monitoring solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NVIDIA Certification like AI Infrastructure and Operations/AI Infrastructure/AI Operations or equivalent.
• Kubernetes Experience.
• Experience with AI-focused hardware (GPUs) or software (Training/Inferencing).
• Scripting/Automation tooling background.
• Industry-standard data center certifications.
