International Logistics Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Operations Executive to join our team at Fuchs in İzmir, Turkey.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in intermodal transportation and international road and sea freight operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing road and sea freight operations for import and export shipments
• Coordinating with transportation suppliers and monitoring cargo movements
• Communicating with domestic and international customers and managing booking requests
• Securing transportation capacity and ensuring loading and delivery processes are completed on time
• Preparing reports related to operational performance and processes
• Leading operational process analysis activities and identifying business improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven managerial experience in international logistics or supply chain sectors
• At least 5 years of experience in intermodal transportation and international road and sea freight operations
• Good knowledge of operational processes and subcontractor networks across all European routes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Good command of SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office Programs
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively use Excel and/or other analytical tools in data-driven decision-making processes
