Dealer Relations Manager (Arizona territory)

American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to oversee Honda and Acura dealerships in Arizona.

As a Dealer Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with dealers, promoting AHFC products, and ensuring programme compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of AHFC products and programmes
• Develop plans to improve dealership profitability and customer retention
• Ensure AHFC relationships add value to dealerships while supporting regional goals
• Liaise with Honda Motor Company to identify resources and maximise dealer support
• Adhere to compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or economics
• 5-7 years of experience in consumer finance and indirect financing sales
• Familiarity with lease and loan accounting systems
• Knowledge of sales programmes, sales training, and auto dealer finance operations
• 50% travel with overnight stays required
• Approved driving record required
• Relocation may be required
