Case Manager, Specialist

We're seeking a Case Manager, Specialist to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team in Kuala Lumpur. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between sellers and underwriters, managing the end-to-end underwriting process for complex or high-value cases. This involves assessing high net worth (HNW) customers' health and financial circumstances, reviewing applications, coordinating medical examinations and reports, negotiating with underwriters, and tracking case statuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary interviews with sellers to understand HNW customers' health and financial circumstances
• Assess and evaluate individual clients' health and financial circumstances to develop potential solutions for underwriting requirements
• Act as primary liaison between underwriters and sellers to facilitate the end-to-end new business and underwriting process
• Review applications for accuracy and identify any medical concerns
• Work closely with sellers to gather necessary medical and financial information
• Schedule medical examinations and communicate with medical service providers
• Negotiate with underwriters to obtain the best possible underwriting terms
• Provide regular updates on application status to sellers and management
• Close monitor and track pending cases, developing reports and dashboards
• Support sellers with onboarding processes for HNW clients

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of working experience in related fields and industry at management level
• Familiarity with new business and underwriting processes
• Customer service-oriented with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-initiative, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn
• Ability to generate new insights and think creatively
