Description
We are seeking a qualified Gardener to join our Facility Management Team at our Elsbethen location. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the independent care of plants and outdoor areas.
Responsibilities:
- Independent and professional care of plants and green spaces indoors and outdoors
- Coordination of external service providers on site
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant experience in gardening and/or landscaping
- Completed training as a gardener, florist or similar – or equivalent experience
- Good German language skills, English language skills an advantage
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated working style
- Driver's license class B, ideally also BE
- Experience and enjoyment of caring for indoor plants, green spaces and outdoor facilities
- Responsible plant care including watering, fertilising, pruning and general care
- Safe handling of common devices and machines as well as willingness to drive a communal machine
- Willingness to perform winter services, snow removal, leaf work, cleaning and general maintenance tasks
- Enjoyment of varied work outdoors, teamwork and sense of responsibility
