Service Advisor

The Porsche Centre Siegen sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with optimal service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dialogue acceptance and provide competent advice to our customers on all service services
• Provide transparent information about required work and recommended measures on the vehicle
• Actively sell service services
• Ensure compliance with the Porsche service core process and our high quality standards
• Create and calculate cost estimates and offers
• Coordinate the allocation of customer replacement vehicles and efficient workshop control
• Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships through competent, friendly care
• Ensure a seamless, professional and inspiring service experience for our customers

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in an automotive environment, ideally with a technical or service-oriented focus
• Certification as a certified automotive service advisor is beneficial
• Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as high team ability
• Technical understanding and good knowledge of the Porsche product and model range are desirable
• Driving license class B
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and patience to respond professionally to different customer types and situations
• Good organisational skills as well as a structured and efficient way of working
