Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the Eindhoven store alongside the Store Manager. Your daily focus will be on improving store processes and enthusiastically leading a store team. This involves ensuring continuous growth in NPS and commercial results for your store.
You will enjoy:

- Driving process improvements using data analysis to identify areas for enhancement.

In terms of compensation and benefits:
- Gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,763 (based on 40 hours/week), depending on experience.

Requirements include:
- At least HBO level education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within retail.
- Experience with management tasks, including coaching colleagues and handling HR tasks such as recruitment, absence, appraisal, and performance discussions.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (written and spoken).
- Flexibility in availability, including weekend work, evening shifts, and public holidays.
- Strong affinity with consumer electronics.
