Product Director

Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead product strategy and live services for Pogo, a leading online casual games platform. The successful candidate will report directly to the Studio General Manager and serve as the studio's strategic product anchor.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving portfolio roadmap and live operations to maximize lifetime engagement
• Optimizing an established ecosystem to evolve and grow the platform
• Developing a deep understanding of player motivations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Data-informed decision making to synthesize complex datasets into actionable product roadmaps
• Delivering business commitments and balancing multi-stream monetization
• Leading the product discipline and fostering cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital games or web/mobile consumer platforms
• Demonstrated success optimizing and scaling an existing live consumer business
• High emotional intelligence with a track record of driving change collaboratively
• Deep understanding of the casual games space and player motivations
• Genuine passion for creating fun and engaging user experiences
