The Building Finance Consulting segment is a central component in advising demanding private clients and wealthy families. The goal is to strategically integrate individual real estate projects into long-term wealth and liquidity planning.
As a specialist, you will comprehensively advise new and existing clients on standardised and complex building financing solutions to develop optimal solutions for clients in Private Banking and Wealth Management. You will independently analyse, structure, and process complex credit engagements, create viable financing concepts and offers, identify cross-selling potential, and carry out credit-related preliminary work.
Your responsibilities also include actively participating in market cultivation and new customer acquisition, contributing to sales measures, and attending client events. You will foster knowledge transfer through coaching and mentoring within the team.
Requirements include completed banking training, supplemented by further qualifications and/or relevant studies. Your extensive experience in building finance consulting and comprehensive expertise in advising and processing standardised and complex credit engagements, including product knowledge, set you apart.
