Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing a personalised shopping experience
- Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including the dining area and equipment
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adhering to food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Operating handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Resolving guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
