At Judo Bank, we're redefining business banking for the modern era. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll shape Judo's lending products from strategy through to execution, contributing to the roadmap, identifying opportunities, and developing new ideas.
You'll work with the Product team to manage and optimise Judo's lending products as commercial portfolios, balancing customer, banker, shareholder, and regulatory needs. You'll also lead complex product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and design through to execution and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising lending products as commercial portfolios
- Shaping lending product strategy and roadmaps
- Using customer, financial, risk, and market insights to drive portfolio performance
- Leading complex product initiatives end-to-end
- Building trusted relationships across the business
To succeed in this role, you'll likely bring:
- Strong lending product management experience within financial services
- Experience developing product strategies and commercially focused roadmaps
- Strong commercial and numerical capability
- Strong knowledge of lending governance, risk, and regulation
