Float Speech - Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Care

We are seeking a full-time Float Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Anderson, Kokomo, and Indianapolis. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at PT Solutions, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with hospital staff.

Our organisation, founded by clinicians, aims to expand access to transformative care. We partner with Ascension St. Vincent Health System to provide specialised rehabilitation services within a 125-bed inpatient facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

• Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000/annually, based on experience
