Retail Artist

We are seeking a Retail Artist to join our team at Brown Thomas in Cork. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, championing the art of world-class artistry, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, and be a team player who can adapt to change at the last minute. You will have a strong understanding of makeup application and be able to recreate Charlotte Tilbury looks for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Be a team player and adapt to change at the last minute
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and provide makeup advice to customers
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to different customers
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
• Flexibility to give a five-year working and personal reference, and a Criminal Reference Check
