FBS Workforce Insights Consultant

We are seeking a skilled FBS Workforce Insights Consultant to join our team at Capgemini. As a consultant, you will support HR Reporting and Analytics to solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis for resolution.

You will analyze workforce metrics, trends/patterns, and statistical models to solve information problems. You will also assist in developing related predictive analytics, support standard reporting and data analysis needs, and provide local support of information systems in HR.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining standard management and ad hoc reports
• Providing quantitative comparisons of data points using statistical analysis
• Gathering requirements based on customer needs
• Collaborating with subject matter experts across HR service areas and finance
• Communicating findings in a clear and simple manner
• Ensuring confidentiality of records and HR information
• Executing reporting and analysis with a focus on process improvement
• Supporting running models and reports to analyze workforce data
• Reporting results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables
• Analyzing reports to support the organization
• Extracting data from various sources and formats
• Constructing and validating predictive models using various techniques
• Managing multiple basic to intermediate-level projects
• Providing training solutions to end-users and developing Manager and HR self-service in the reporting function

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of analytics experience in a relevant field
• Experience in proactively identifying, prioritizing, and delivering small to mid-size projects
• Basic process design and mapping skills
• General knowledge of measurement and statistics
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Basic proficiency in data visualization applications (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
• Basic proficiency in SQL
