Description
As a Loss Prevention officer at Victoria's Secret, you'll play a key part in the team, focusing on protecting people, product, and property.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing store security solutions
- Supporting internal investigations and handling theft cases with professionalism and discretion
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local police
- Using security equipment and information to deter, detect, and control potential criminal activity
- Training new and existing staff members in Loss Prevention disciplines
- Keeping store teams and LPO teams connected and informed of all Security policies and initiatives

The ideal candidate may or may not have previous experience within a retail environment, but full training will be given.
