Bancassurance Associate

We are seeking a Bancassurance Associate to join our team in Myanmar.

As a Bancassurance Associate, you will help bank staff generate Life Insurance leads while conducting banking transactions. You will be responsible for the closure of sales leads and support Branch Managers to drive life insurance business. You will also share knowledge about life insurance products with bank staff and provide data on various parameters of sales of Life Insurance to Branch Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping bank staff generate Life Insurance leads
• Closing sales leads
• Supporting Branch Managers to drive life insurance business
• Sharing knowledge about life insurance products with bank staff
• Providing data on sales of Life Insurance
• Working with bank sales and service teams to answer customer queries and service claims
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Participating in joint promotional activities with the bank and insurance company

Requirements:

• Any graduate preferably in Business, Economics, and Banking
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Banks, Insurance, or any related industry in Sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and branch staff
