We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at H Beauty Silverburn. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert artistry skills, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Demonstrate expert artistry skills and product knowledge
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Build solid relationships with team members and management
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
