Striker, Gold Coast

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) at Red Bull, you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch on the Gold Coast, delivering executional excellence across corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts.

Your main goals will be to:

• Deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, adhering to 'Perfect Store' standards
• Represent the Red Bull brand at all times
• Build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory
• Master power selling sales techniques and embrace Red Bull's MVP mantra and values

Key responsibilities include:

• Territory ownership: delivering against key targets and metrics
• Business development: strategic approach to a defined geographical territory
• Long-term sales drivers: developing relationships with key customers and new business leads
• Short-term sales drivers: preselling and executing displays in line with key promotional periods

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• A valid and full driver's license is required
• Proficient in written and verbal English
