Regional On Premise Manager

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the Red Bull On Premise culture, communicating effectively with the Musketeers and other stakeholders, activating events, managing the area, and developing the regional On Premise marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assume and live the Red Bull OP Culture, being a brand ambassador for the Musketeers and On Premise network
• Communicate fluently with Musketeers, National On Premise Manager, and other regional business units
• Ensure premium On Premise activation and High 5 execution at events
• Plan and develop the area in the regional business plan, securing implementation of the national business plan
• Manage the team to drive growth, set up route planning, and maintain relationships with key On Premise partners
• Own the regional On Premise budget, keep records of Musketeer activities, and compile competitor reports
• Develop the regional On Premise marketing strategy with the National On Premise Marketing Manager
• Train, coach, motivate, and assess the Musketeer team
• Seek out and engage potential qualified candidates for Musketeer positions

Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, or similar
• 3-4 years sales experience with a strong track record of success
• 2-3 years management experience in the On Premise beverage industry
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge, analytical, planning, and financial skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, driver's license, and proficiency in EDV
