Description
We are seeking a Digital Automation Engineer to join our System & Network Operations department. As a Digital Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing business processes to find inefficiencies and high-volume manual tasks ripe for automation
- Architecting, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions using RPA, scripting, AI, or low-code platforms
- Streamlining daily operations by replacing tedious, error-prone manual data entry and processing with digital workflows
- Proposing new automation initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines
- Drafting detailed business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in and funding
- Creating comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Degree graduation in Computer Science, Information System, or IT-related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure and system programming or scripting
- Solid hands-on coding and software development experiences
- Proven experience on systems integration coding using Python, Perl, Unix Shell Scripts, Windows PowerShell, Excel Macro, PowerApp, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SharePoint
- Interest and knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Attention to detail, with multi-tasking capabilities on handling planning, coordination, and execution at the same time
- Strong sense of technology risk and security
- Proactive working attitude, able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
