Description

We are seeking a Digital Automation Engineer to join our System & Network Operations department. As a Digital Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing existing business processes to find inefficiencies and high-volume manual tasks ripe for automation
  • Architecting, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions using RPA, scripting, AI, or low-code platforms
  • Streamlining daily operations by replacing tedious, error-prone manual data entry and processing with digital workflows
  • Proposing new automation initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines
  • Drafting detailed business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in and funding
  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

  • Degree graduation in Computer Science, Information System, or IT-related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure and system programming or scripting
  • Solid hands-on coding and software development experiences
  • Proven experience on systems integration coding using Python, Perl, Unix Shell Scripts, Windows PowerShell, Excel Macro, PowerApp, etc.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SharePoint
  • Interest and knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Attention to detail, with multi-tasking capabilities on handling planning, coordination, and execution at the same time
  • Strong sense of technology risk and security
  • Proactive working attitude, able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
