Description
We are seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our growing family at Bone Dry Roofing. As a Repair Technician, you will play an important role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service.
Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending appropriate solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards. You will be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climbing ladders, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners.
