Senior Manager, Recruiting Programs

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its recruiting programs, including Employee Referrals, Recruiting Learning Center, LinkedIn presence, and Insider Chats. The successful candidate will drive strategy and execution for these programs globally, influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers and specialists
• Drive strategy and execution for NVIDIA's core recruiting programs at global scale
• Influence without authority, partnering across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders
• Navigate a matrixed environment with confidence, building trust and momentum across teams
• Manage NVIDIA's LinkedIn presence and employer brand to attract top talent worldwide
• Scale Insider Chats and the Recruiting Learning Center to enable recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Grow the Employee Referrals Program into a high-quality, inclusive pipeline engine
• Define clear success metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Work with HR Tech to ensure programs integrate seamlessly with Workday and NVIDIA's recruiting tech stack
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners with a focus on ROI and long-term value

Requirements:

• 12+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR program management, with significant leadership experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across a large organization
• Track record of delivering measurable results on global recruiting programs
• Strong command of LinkedIn recruiting tools and employer branding strategy
• Data-driven approach to leading programs, with experience building critical metrics and translating insights into action
• Outstanding communication skills, able to present to executives and rally cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with AI tools and enthusiastic about putting them to work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a high-growth tech company, particularly near engineering, AI/ML, or hardware teams
• Familiarity with enterprise recruiting platforms like Workday
• Demonstrates strong dedication to inclusive hiring and developing programs that reflect this across regions and functions
