Charlotte Tilbury is currently seeking Beauty Experts to join its team in Montreal.
As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Experts team, you will need to demonstrate strong makeup skills, sales, and customer service abilities. You will have the opportunity to share with customers the artistry secrets of Charlotte, developed over more than 20 years of experience at the highest level of the industry, working with celebrities and major beauty houses.
You will embody the brand philosophy: the art of makeup, made simple, while contributing to making a growing beauty company shine.
The ideal candidate is passionate, results-oriented, and has experience in beauty and retail sales.
Job Summary The role of Beauty Expert consists of creating makeup magic in-store while representing the image, values, and products of Charlotte Tilbury at all times. Working within an elite team, the part-time Beauty Expert contributes actively to sales growth through exceptional artistry and highly personalized customer service. They reflect the brand universe and naturally connect with Montreal customers.
This role requires a genuine passion for Charlotte Tilbury, as well as the ability to offer a unique, inspiring, and customized shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities
Sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets during events and hourly sales targets.
- Create brand awareness by sharing your expertise and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
- Show initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit, while respecting brand standards.
Customer Service
- Offer the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Create a warm, memorable, and tailored experience for each customer.
Teamwork
- Adopt a positive, collaborative, and professional attitude.
- Contribute to an open, creative, and respectful work environment.
Operations
- Ensure the counter or display is always ready to welcome customers, from opening to closing.
- Maintain high hygiene standards (cleaning tools, testers, and display units).
- Support inventory management: stock accounts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Participate in visual merchandising, launch setups, and installation of promotional materials, in collaboration with the field team.
- Help set up and execute in-store events.
- Maintain regular communication with the field team regarding counter needs or issues.
- Manage schedules, hour tracking, and submission of time sheets via the payroll application (Allwork).
Requirements
- Experience in professional makeup and/or beauty retail sales.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to create a personalized and memorable customer experience.
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and luxury beauty universe.
- Team spirit, positive and professional attitude.
- Schedule mainly focused on Thursdays and Fridays. Weekend availability appreciated.
