Musketeer - Chengdu

The Red Bull Musketeer represents Red Bull in the On Premise market, cultivating brand image and availability. You will own trade sales, distribution, and outlet execution targets with an allocated budget for your territory. As a brand ambassador, you will drive innovative activations and executions in selected outlets.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and values: passion, professionalism, focus, and responsibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
• Identify, secure, and develop partnerships within strategic On Premise segments.
• Implement consumer concepts and trial activations.
• Ensure correct brand positioning and product placement.
• Perform outlet staff training for brand understanding and execution.
• Analyze the territory for distribution opportunities.
• Transfer On Premise know-how and Red Bull culture to customers.
• Work with other Musketeers and communicate regularly with the National On Premise Manager.
• Share obstacles and challenges with the NOPM and develop solutions.
• Perfectly use field CRM to track and manage outlets.
• Fulfill reports accurately and on time.
• Manage On Premise marketing tools and observe competitor activities.

Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience in the local On Premise market.
• Solid knowledge of distribution, account management, and the On Premise industry.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate about success.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Commercially-minded with selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Fluency in Mandarin, basic knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Travel 40-50%.
