Join a mission-critical technology program as a Systems Architect SME, designing, securing, and modernizing a vital communications ecosystem. You'll work on a cloud modernization effort, transforming legacy systems into a cloud-first architecture. The role involves technical leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project requirements in Jira
- Own the overarching system architecture, translating business needs into a technical vision
- Ensure interfaces, monitoring, and audit capabilities integrate cleanly
- Build alignment across stakeholders, gathering input from technical teams and leadership
- Set the technical direction, recommending technologies and techniques
- Champion technically sound, scalable, and secure design
- Develop guiding principles, definitions, and standards for system assets
Requirements:
- 15+ years of related experience
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- US citizenship required
- Cloud Services – Preferred certification in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google)
- Event Bus Programming experience with publish/subscribe technologies (Microsoft Message Queuing, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Amazon Simple Queue Service)

The likely salary range for this position is $264,350 - $357,650.
