Description
As a Senior Key Account Manager at Red Bull North America, your main priority will be selling and executing Red Bull strategy and initiatives with a National Account at the regional market level.
You will own regional key account budgets and results, develop productive business relationships with assigned stakeholders and market leaders, and create solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing key accounts, including leading development and execution of the annual strategic business plan for assigned call points
- Building and maintaining local relationships, including developing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy and establishing clear relationship mapping and communication frameworks
- Handling budgets and annual planning, including constructing annual Customer Marketing Plans and managing associated funds
- Conducting business analysis, including leveraging customer, market, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Conducting business reviews and managing relationships, including providing Energy Insights that drive change in promotion, price, or display practices
- Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including utilising appropriate communication processes to keep field informed of KA programs and initiatives
The role is eligible to sit in the following locations: Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Long Beach, CA.
Travel is expected to be 50-60%.
