Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Cost Management

You will join Electronic Arts' Infrastructure & Platform Services team as a Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Cost Management. The team delivers live services and backend infrastructure for EA's games, supporting millions of players worldwide.

You will report to the Director Cost and Capacity Management, focusing on cloud and SaaS cost management, using automation and analytics to improve game development, launch, and operation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cost forecasting, allocation, and chargeback reporting for a significant portion of PI&E cloud and SaaS spend.
• Analyse infrastructure spend using SQL and Python, validate data quality, and create automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Define project scope and deliverables, identify risks, and build contingency plans.
• Communicate findings to partners and leadership, turning complex technical data into clear stories.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in an analytical role, such as business analysis, finance, data analysis, or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with infrastructure costs and usage patterns on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with FinOps concepts and frameworks.
