Laminating Apprentice

Crosby Composites are seeking a Laminating Apprentice to join their team at their Wellingborough site. As a Laminating Apprentice, you will work with experienced production operatives and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills in the industry. The apprenticeship is a Lean Manufacturing Level 2 qualification.

Job Summary: You will be contracted to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with laminating
• Checking information on drawings is clear
• Checking route card instructions are correct
• Helping develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment
• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy
