Description
IQVIA Biotech is hiring a Sr. Site Contracts Associate in Mexico to develop and implement global contracting strategies for selected sponsors, studies, or multi-protocol programs.
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience negotiating clinical site contracts and budget templates, preferably in a CRO, Pharma, or Sponsor setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing investigator grants and estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text
- Creating contract language, payment language, and budget templates
- Utilizing and maintaining contracting systems, tools, and processes
- Collaborating with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions and countries
- Providing specialist legal, operational, and financial contracting support
- Assisting with documentation creation and review
- Contributing to contracting intelligence collection and dissemination
- Ensuring contracting efficiency and adherence to project timelines and financial goals
- Reporting contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities
- Working with Quality Management to ensure contract management and quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant sponsor or clinical research organization clinical site contracting experience
- Good negotiating and communication skills
- Strong legal, financial, and technical writing skills
- Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Ability to develop and suggest alternate contracting language, terms, and financial options
