Physical Therapist

Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy team. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy to patients of all ages, evaluate and establish treatment plans, and provide documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans and goals
• Provide physical therapy treatment modalities and procedures
• Incorporate patient and family education
• Provide documentation for all patients

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Experience in general practice of physical therapy with experience in area of specialization beneficial
