Coordinator, Indirect Channel Small Retail (Distribution Partner Manager)

We are seeking a Coordinator, Indirect Channel Small Retail (Distribution Partner Manager) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the execution of commercial routines and processes for the outsourced sales team in the Small Retail channel (Downtrade).

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in morning and afternoon meetings with the team and commercial partner Ambev to strengthen relationships, monitor results, and action plans.
• Guiding and engaging outsourced field teams, providing training, recognition, and best practices.
• Monitoring team productivity, visit effectiveness, order conversion, route planning, and updating the PDV database.
• Tracking key KPIs such as volume, coverage, distribution, execution at PDV, and market share, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to meet targets.
• Conducting frequent routes with the sales team, monitoring execution at PDV, identifying opportunities, and ensuring commercial guidelines are applied.
• Ensuring excellent execution at the point of sale, focusing on replenishment, SKU mix, prices, merchandising materials, and visibility.
• Managing market programs and negotiations with strategic clients (VIP Plan), guaranteeing implementation and follow-up of action plans and commercial investments.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Essential: active and valid driver's license type B.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Previous experience in the commercial area and/or trade marketing, preferably in consumer goods companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Availability to reside in Brasília.
