Your impact
You will be the heartbeat of our internal operations. As Service Desk Technician, you are the first point of contact for all IT-related questions and the face of IT for our Amsterdam office. Your work makes sure 1000+ Mollies can build the future of payments without technical friction.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, resolve and document IT issues across networking, hardware, software and related services
- Support 1000+ colleagues, mostly on Apple devices
- Act as the first line of support and escalate to the wider team when needed
- Facilitate employee onboarding and help new colleagues get up and running
- Contribute to projects and ongoing service improvements
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of service desk experience
- A customer-first mindset
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including on systems you haven't seen before
- Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack
- Experience with Jira or a similar service management tool
- The ability to work independently, stay organised and prioritise a busy workload
- The ability to work well with a wide range of teams and colleagues
