Description

As a member of the Product Integrity & Release Readiness (PIT) team, you will be a hands-on contributor to the operational rhythm, data analysis, and coordination activities that enable the team's singular accountability model for digital launch readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize validation and quality data from IS, Product, TPM, and V&V teams into clear status reports and dashboards that feed the team's readiness story.
  • Help run the recurring cadence of readiness reviews, quality gate checkpoints, and cross-team syncs that keep CI/CD software releases aligned with GPDS vehicle milestones.
  • Assist in designing, scheduling, and running journey-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios; track defects and sign-off status across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and CRM to ensure GTM and customer service scenarios are captured and reflected in the Unified Backlog.
  • Support documentation updates to the Product Requirement Document (PRD), ensuring GTM and operational considerations are incorporated.
  • Coordinate with V&V teams on the setup and upkeep of test vehicles, accounts, and data; monitor post-Job1 cloud deployment activities to keep environments current.
  • Own day-to-day execution of the unified defect triage and escalation process, ensuring issues are logged, assigned, and tracked to resolution.
  • Support the phased rollout of PIT processes from North America to global markets (China, EDM), including documentation and localization of processes.
  • Identify and help eliminate ad hoc coordination inefficiencies; support efforts to reduce per-product QA environment overhead.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager and cross-functional partners, escalating risks and blockers as needed and contribute to a unified quality culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience working with cross-functional teams in complex digital or automotive ecosystems.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting quality assurance, release management, program planning, or related coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once.
  • Comfort working with data , able to pull together information from multiple sources into clear, digestible reports.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
