The salary range for this position is $272K – $408K, with additional benefits including equity and bonus.

Role Overview
As a Director of Product Security, you will help embed security into our engineering organization, enabling teams to build quickly and securely as we scale. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Security, you will shape our product security roadmap and lead a team of engineers in delivering it.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of Product Security to translate the broader security strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes for your team.
- Hire, develop, and lead Product Security Engineers, establishing clear ownership and helping them become trusted partners to their engineering counterparts.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security to align security investments with business priorities and technical realities.
- Own your team's planning, prioritization, and delivery, providing technical direction on architecture reviews, threat modeling, and remediation.
- Scale the team's impact through automation, developer tooling, and secure-by-default patterns.
Requirements
- Experience managing Product Security or Application Security engineers at a growing technology company.
- A strong engineering background with deep expertise in modern application security and cloud-native architectures.
- A track record of delivering security improvements through engineering, automation, and close partnership with development teams.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers, with a focus on technical growth and clear ownership.
