Executive, RM - MRTA (Housing Loan)

We are seeking an experienced Executive, RM - MRTA (Housing Loan) to join our team at Prudential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support and advice to customers on life insurance products
• Offer technical sales techniques and product information to the sales team
• Monitor sales performance and resolve any issues promptly
• Build and maintain relationships with bank officials and colleagues
• Organize sales promotion activities and provide assistance to the sales team
• Analyze sales data and create reports for senior management
• Provide training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
• Willingness to travel to different locations for work
