Senior/Order Fulfilment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

You will manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations in the consumer electronics industry. This includes:

• Processing orders in SAP
• Overseeing inventory management and replenishment
• Coordinating shipments and handling returns
• Ensuring compliance with fulfillment SOPs
• Resolving order-related issues
• Managing logistics service providers
• Maintaining accurate reporting and performance metrics

Your responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess and obsolete stock risks, and ensure efficient order delivery to partners and customers.

Pre-Requisites:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative
• Strong individual capable of executing independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
