We're looking for a Business Director to join our team to improve and integrate new product and revenue opportunities with our merchant partners, and drive cross-functional execution within Shopping.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
- Lead and develop multiple analyst teams
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 2 years of experience performing people management
- At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting
Salary: New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 Remote (Regardless of Location): $209,500 - $239,100 McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
