Description
As a Content Moderator at TaskUs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses across social media platforms.
You will review digital content, such as videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles, and assess them for factors like age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
To perform this role effectively, you will need to:
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently
- Identify subtle differences in digital communication and accurately enforce the client's terms of use
- Participate in employee assistance programs, reporting initiatives, and training to promote well-being
- Escalate any changes that may impact performance or KPIs through the appropriate channels
- Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and project requirements

Requirements:
- At least one year of prior operations experience in a shared services or customer experience environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Empathy and high cultural awareness of political and social situations
