FBS Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled FBS Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a hybrid role, you will regularly interact with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, interview panel members, and HR teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering hiring requirements and providing recruitment status updates
• Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews
• Facilitating hiring decisions and negotiating offers
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and recruitment objectives
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-potential and diverse executive candidates
• Conducting in-depth interviews and acting as a consultant during the offer process
• Building a talent pipeline for executive-level openings and creating a positive candidate experience
• Partnering closely with HR business partners and senior leaders across the company
• Maintaining market-specific intelligence and leveraging strategic initiatives to create additional talent connections

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies like Workday
