As a Senior Winkelmedewerker at Coolblue in Zaventem, you will advise customers on the best products, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they leave the store satisfied.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on suitable products using your specialist knowledge and asking the right questions
- Offering solutions that make every customer happy
- Contributing to process improvements and enhancing the in-store customer experience
- Serving as a point of contact for colleagues on floor issues and complex customer queries
- Coaching and guiding colleagues to improve their performance
- Helping new colleagues settle in and feel welcome
