Join the M&S Café team in Newtownbreda as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working part-time hours during the busy festive season.
You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café runs smoothly, even during peak periods. Your tasks will include:
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using digital tools
- Maintaining high food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs
In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective under pressure. Flexibility is vital, as you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
