Quality Assurance Senior Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Specialist to lead, oversee, and continuously improve the Indiana Auto Plant Quality Division Quality Management System (QMS), Record Management, and Calibration programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, calibration systems, and record management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Division Calibration program as the primary SME and liaison between calibration vendors, internal customers, and plant leadership
• Governing Division and Department record management systems to ensure compliance with retention requirements and alignment with HDMA, NA, and ISO standards
• Leading integration and continuous improvement of QMS into electronic systems for document control and training records
• Serving as the primary QMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Departments on QMS procedures, audits, equipment, calibration, training, record management, and risk-based decision-making
• Leading and coordinating Internal and External QMS audit activity to maintain ISO 9001 compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 0-6 years of experience based on education and background
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred but not required
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO-related standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication and influencing skills
